TIAA: Paper Right with Wyclef Jean
As it stands, 54% of Black Americans don’t have enough savings to retire and 41% of young adults between 24-35 aren’t taking full advantage of employer-sponsored plans. To help reverse this trend, The Martin Agency and Laundry merged finance and creativity through the art of hip-hop.
Utilizing footage, 2D animation, and design, we partnered with hip-hop artists Wyclef Jean, Pusha T, Lola Brooke, Capella Grey, and Flaue’jae to create the campaign for “Paper Right” a new music single aimed to start conversations around retirement planning and building generational wealth.
Paper Right is currently available on all streaming platforms. Each stream stacks donations to First Generation Investors, a non-profit organzation committed to teaching students how to invest.
